Do you work with our architect or provide design?
Either. We can build from your architect's drawings or coordinate design and engineering for you as part of a design-build scope.
How is a build-out priced?
After a site visit and review of drawings, we provide an itemized, fixed-price proposal covering scope, schedule and allowances.
Do you handle permits and inspections for build-outs?
Yes. As a licensed Florida general contractor, we manage drawings, permit applications and inspections with the City of Tampa, Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco County building departments. You never have to chase a permit or meet an inspector.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Palm Bay Construction Group is a fully licensed, bonded and insured general contractor (FL Lic. CGC1541367). We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage and can provide proof before your project begins.
