Tenant Improvements in Tampa Bay
Office, medical and retail spaces renovated around your lease, your opening date and your operations.
Tenant improvements that open on schedule
Every day between lease signing and opening costs rent. We plan tenant improvements tightly: early walkthroughs with the landlord, a fixed-price scope, permitting started as soon as drawings allow, and trades sequenced so inspections never stall the job.
Whether you are refreshing a suite you already occupy or turning over a vacant space for a new tenant, one project manager coordinates the landlord, the building department and every crew on site.

Tenant Improvements FAQsQuestions
How long does a tenant improvement take?
Small suite refreshes can take a few weeks; full build-outs with new mechanical and electrical work take longer, mostly driven by permitting. You get a written schedule with your proposal.
Can you work while we stay open?
Yes. We phase work, isolate work areas and schedule noisy tasks after hours so your staff and customers are not disrupted.
Do you handle permits and inspections for tenant improvements?
Yes. As a licensed Florida general contractor, we manage drawings, permit applications and inspections with the City of Tampa, Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco County building departments. You never have to chase a permit or meet an inspector.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Palm Bay Construction Group is a fully licensed, bonded and insured general contractor (FL Lic. CGC1541367). We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage and can provide proof before your project begins.
